Each component of Palomba® viene controllato, in fase di produzione, da esperti doors and windows is checked during the production process by experts who are so meticulous that they even discard the row materials having very small defects.

Matching

Palomba® Palomba® gives great attention and care to every single detail of its own windows; that is why the colour matching between the aluminium external frame and the wooden internal window is nearly identical.
Seals also match the colour of the windows in order to obtain a very fine and elegant finished product.

Design and furnishing

Palomba® produces very unique and elegant frames capable of fitting perfectly the domestic environment.
They are available in several colours, meticulously selected, which match the shades of the main kinds of wood used for the furniture.

Skilful carpentry working process

The working process consists of working phases implying the use of high-tech machinery and several other phases where craft methods are used by choice.

Our qualified carpenters make:
- the manual selection of the kinds of wood to choose those having uniform grains;
- the accurate and strictly manual sanding and varnishing processes to make the surface of Palomba® windows pleasantly smoother;
- the close check of all components of the windows to avoid design faults;
- the assembly of the windows in the workshop for the final quality check and to prove their performances..
