Craftsmen’s love and care in the production of the windows allows Palomba® to issue a ten-year warranty on the purchased product.
The warranty covers all manufacturing defects which can prevent the product from functioning properly, and it provides for the free replacement of faulty parts.
Damages coming from wrong uses of

the product or from negligent and careless behaviour are not under warranty.
The observance of the instructions and the correct cleaning of the windows keep their high-level performance, beauty and value unchanged in time.
